How it works for On-Demand Video Visits

  • Go to MyChart.hcnetwork.org

    • Video Visits are available on both MyChart.hcnetwork.org and the MyChart mobile app. You can download the free MyChart app from the iPhone App Store or Android Google Play Store.

  • Click on the Menu button and select "Talk to a Provider"
  • Select your State from the drop-down menu list
  • Select the reason for your On-Demand Visit
  • Wait for the next available provider

    • Your wait time will depend on the number of patients ahead of you. You will be notified by text or email when a provider is ready.
